    How and when do I get paid for my sales?

    • For sales completed between the 1st and 14th of the month, payments will be processed and disbursed by the 30th or 31st of the same month.
    • For sales completed between the 15th and the end of the month (30th or 31st), payments will be processed and disbursed by the 14th of the following month.

    This structured payment schedule ensures that you receive your earnings in a consistent and predictable manner, allowing you to better plan and manage your finances.

    1. Dispute Initiation: If a buyer is not satisfied with the quality or condition of the goods received, they have the option to raise a dispute through the Local Pasar platform.
    2. Creation of a Three-Way Chat: Once a dispute is raised, Local Pasar will create a three-way chat involving the buyer, the farmer (seller), and a representative from Local Pasar. This chat serves as the primary channel for discussion and resolution of the dispute.
    3. Providing Evidence: We encourage both buyers and sellers to provide evidence to support their positions during the dispute resolution process. As a farmer, your documentation, such as photographs taken during the packing process, can be invaluable in these discussions. Our team also conducts quality checks and takes pictures of goods upon their arrival at our warehouse, which can be used to verify claims.
    4. Reaching a Resolution: Local Pasar will mediate the discussion, considering all evidence presented by both the buyer and the farmer. Our goal is to reach a resolution that is just and satisfactory to both parties, ensuring the integrity and trustworthiness of transactions on our platform.

    For Supported Delivery Postcodes:

    • Simply enter your delivery postcode during the checkout process, and our system will automatically calculate and display the delivery cost on the next page.

    Pick-Up Option:

    To raise a dispute, buyers are encouraged to contact Local Pasar customer support within a specified timeframe (e.g., 24-48 hours) after receiving the goods, providing detailed information and evidence of the issue (e.g., photos, descriptions of quality concerns). Our team will promptly review the case, involving both the buyer and seller in the process, to determine an appropriate resolution. This may include a replacement of the goods, credit towards future purchases, or other solutions agreeable to both parties.
